Stephanie Morlock

Purchasing Agent, Montgomery County Government

Stephanie Morlock has worked for the Montgomery County since 2004 where she began with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.  In 2016 she was promoted as a budget analyst for the county. Her responsibilities as a budget analyst include analysis, preparation, and maintenance of the MCSO budgets, as well as overseeing all financial aspects for MCSO. In 2021 she was promoted to the position of Purchasing Agent for Montgomery County. The primary responsibilities as the county purchasing agent are procurement of all supplies, materials, equipment, and contractual services required for any and all departments supported by or under the control of Montgomery County Government which encumbers any of those funds.

Stephanie holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice-Homeland Security from Austin Peay State University, an M.S. in Management and Leadership, and is designated as a certified public administrator through the University of Tennessee.

Camille Thomas

Purchasing Director, City of Clarksville

Camille Thomas is the Purchasing Director for the City of Clarksville.  She is a Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) and has worked in the Purchasing Department since 1996 seated in every position offered in the department.  She is responsible for all purchases for the City of Clarksville, contract management, disposal of personal and real property, and the city's PCard program, just to name a few.  Camille is a member of several professional procurement organizations that not only keep her busy, but continue to challenge and broaden her knowledge in the profession.  She has served in various roles for the Tennessee Association of Public Purchasing (TAPP) to include a member of the legislative committee, membership chair, secretary, vice president and president.  Camille currently sits on the board for TAPP as the immediate past president.  She also serves as the program co-chair for the East Tennessee Purchasing Association (ETPA).  Prior to working for the City of Clarksville, she was licensed to sell insurance for State Farm Insurance.  Camille has one daughter, Ryan, who is an incredible artist.  Fun fact, Camille graduated college in August 2021, proving you are never too old to finally get your degree.
